Position & Title:                         FACILITIES WORKER / Sub Bus Driver

Hours & Days:                      Monday - Friday / 40 hours per week

Salary:                                       $15.83 to $18.08 per hour DOE.  This is a 12-month position with full benefits including medical, dental, life, disability and retirement.  Also includes sick/personal and vacation leave.  The Disrict will train this position for a SUB Bus Driver.  Which will be as needed during the school year.

Job Description:            Maintains and repairs all buildings and equipment in the school district including, plumbing, heating/air conditioning systems, electrical repairs, and carpentry; as well as, maintains athletic and playing fields district wide.  Sets watering schedule and mowing schedule with Athletic Director.  This position may also train to become a sub-bus driver.  A more detailed job description is available at the District Office.

Qualifications:                  High School Diploma OR GED / Valid Arizona Driver's License / One year of experience in building maintenance which includes electrical and plumbing repairs and carpentry / Knowledge and experience in grounds maintenance / Ability to be self-motivated for project completion / Ability to travel to various worksite / Possess skills to make decisions based on student success and future needs/ HVAC, plumbing and electrial experience preferred.
